In 2023, we founded the first 2 teams for the MS REC Aerial Drone Competition in all of North Carolina. Our teams, the Robot Butterflies and the Eagles, came 1st and 3rd at the National Championships. We also won the Judge's Award and Teamwork Award at the JL Mann and HPE National Qualifier Events.

The Aerial Drone Competition consists of a piloting mission navigating through an obstacle course, an autonomous mission, a teamwork mission, and a communication mission. This year, we've organized and are coaching 4 teams in partnership with CSCH - 3 MS teams, and 1 HS team.
